St. Monica Hospital ministry is concerned with
the sick of the parish that are confined to a hospital.
We act to fulfill the Christian obligation to visit the sick
and help alleviate the loneliness and helplessness
experienced by the severely sick by visiting them in the hospital.

We demonstrate to hospital patients that we care about them,
and show them that Jesus loves them
by listening to them and praying with them, if they so desire.

The Hospital Ministry members also distribute the Sunday Parish Bulletin
and prayer cards to the hospitalized patients.
